1. Online Courses

For our self-paced online courses, we offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee:

• You are eligible for a full refund if the request is made within 7 days of purchase.
• The refund will not be granted if you have consumed more than 20% of the course content.
• Certificates cannot be issued for courses that have been refunded.

2. Internships and Live Training

Due to the intensive nature of our mentored internships and live training programs:

• Refunds are only available up to 48 hours before the scheduled start date of the program.
• Once the program has commenced, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
• Registration fees or deposits for internships are generally non-refundable as they secure a limited seat.

3. Mock Tests and Assessments

Payments for Mock Tests and online assessments are strictly non-refundable. Once access to the test portal is granted, the service is considered fully delivered.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, please email our billing department at support@teqzen.in with your order details and the reason for your request.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
• The amount will be credited back to the original payment method used durante checkout (card, UPI, or net banking).
• Any transaction fees charged by payment gateways are non-refundable.

5. Special Circumstances

In the rare event that TEQZen cancels a live program or workshop, a 100% refund will be issued to all registered participants immediately.
